This property is located in the centre of Harrogate opposite the theatre on Cheltenham Parade. Entrance round the back in Back Granville Road. The red door number 2 is the communal entrance for both flats. Number 1 is on the first floor and number 2 is on the second floor. Over the top of Graveleys, Harrogate’s finest fish restaurant. The communal entrance is with a number coded lock on the ground floor this provides access up the stairs for both flats. Both flats are newly fitted out to the highest standards. After every visit the rooms are cleaned, checked and all linen changed. 1 Keys for each flat are kept in the key safes outside each flat a second key is available on request. When you leave please put the keys on the table in the centre of the lounge and leave the flat unlocked. We hope you enjoy your stay. Each property comes with a NOW TV connected to the internet. The internet is the maximum available in this street and is free to guests. Each property is ideally laid out for 4 people to stay for as long as required. Longer than 1 week apply to me direct for advantageous rates. Booking direct through my website will save you 7.5%. The kitchen is newly fitted for a family or a group to cater for themselves by cooking a full meal if required. Microwave provided for quick meals. As each flat can sleep 4 people a group of 8 taking the 2 flats would be a lot of fun for an 8 group. A single car park is available FREE outside the red door of the flat. One spot for each flat. (If a bollard is raised the key for this is in the laundry room at the bottom of the stairs). The washer and separate dryer on the ground floor are available for use by the guests. The heating thermostat is in the lounge please use as required. You are staying in the central Harrogate.
